JNC TV is a nonprofit news organization registered in California, United States. We respect the privacy of our visitors, viewers, and newsletter subscribers and strive to protect their personal information.

JNC TV may collect or process information through external service providers as necessary to provide the services users choose, including newsletter subscriptions, inquiries, and donations.
- Newsletter: We collect subscribers’ email addresses and subscription and verification status to deliver newsletters and key updates.
- Inquiries: We use names, email addresses, and message content voluntarily provided by users to respond to inquiries and handle related matters.
- Donations: Names, contact information, and payment-related information may be processed by external donation payment providers. The information JNC TV actually receives depends on the donation service used and its settings.
Our newsletter is free, and no separate WordPress user account is created for newsletter subscription.
